Halloween party only treats = snack credit?

Can someone who has been to the Halloween party tell me if the party exclusive treats can be paid for with a snack credit? Thinking particularly of the Haunted Mansion tarts and the pumpkin cheesecake. Thanks!

I was just wondering this too. It is posted on the MNSSHP 2017 planning page on post #5, that all party snacks count as a snack credit, even the waffles!

Please forgive my ignorance as I have never attended one of the parties but I thought that they included snacks as part of the party ticket cost. People still have to buy their snacks?

For mnsshp the trick or treat candy is included. Anything in the kiosks or stores is still a purchase

For the Christmas party I believe that cookies and cocoa are still included. Not awesome from what I recall. The candy though rocks
