Halloween party - how early can you get in?

At WDW, if you have tickets for the Halloween Party (only, not full day tickets) and arrive early, they've let people go in as early as 3:30 - 5:30 (party starts at 6:30). Do any of you know how early Disneyland lets people in? I realize it's an "unofficial" grace period, so what I'm really asking is if any of you have gone and been allowed in early?

Early reports have indicated that DCA closes and the park is cleared before you can enter for your party at the start time stated on your ticket. Unlike WDW, you will not be allowed in early.

I am not for certain, but the DL website shows it DCA closing at 5:00pm and then they let people in at the stated time of 6:30 or approx.

you have to have a parkticket to get in but they kick every one out at 5 i think and then let you in at 630 or 730 for the halloween party

Friday October 4th the party started at 7:30. So DCA was 'closed' at 6pm. it did take almost an hour to clear the park. We stood at the gates and watched. We were then let in at 7:15 and the rope drop to go to the rides was at 7:30 with a huge countdown. it was quite cool. Great fun spooky musice also. The kids loved the spiders and stuff on the ground from the lights.
