In Disney...which would you prefer? and why?

We decided no more "Disney" for a while..until I started looking at prices..:rotfl:

So with either Halloween (Oct) or December 2010 looking quite tempting...I am uncertain as to when is the best time to go?:goodvibes

Halloween gets my vote!! We go every October and love it! :yay:

I have seen the parks trimmed up for Christmas one year, we went late November and it looked totally gorgeous! :cloud9:

But from what I have heard, you cannot move in the parks for the crowds, thats if you can get in at all! :eek:

We have been in Oct and did MNSSHP the trick and treating was great, we got back to the hotel with tons of sweets :banana::banana:

We are tending to go back bit later now as its nice to see all the parks with the xmas decorations up, not forgetting xmas wishes if you like fireworks.:):)

Good luck with your decision.

:woohoo::woohoo:

Depends when you are going, I love to see the Christmas Decorations but I don't love to see the Christmas Crowds which is why we go either just after Christmas, between that and new year or we (like this year) will go at the beginning of January and miss the crowds completley.

My vote would go with Christmas but only if you were missing the absolute peak times.

I've been last nov early dec and it was so nice, did the christmas party and saw the osborne lights at Hollywood studios

We also go in sept and see the halloween decorations as well and done that party and loved them both

WDW is beautiful at Christmas time, but it's also crazy busy. If you go then, it's best to go prepared for crowds and less doing rides and attractions and more soaking up the atmosphere. ;)

We love Halloween at WDW - the decorations, the great weather and MNSSHP. :goodvibes

We've done Christmas and Halloween at WDW twice each and enjoy both, but prefer October. :thumbsup2

We have done both and although it was fabulous to be in disney for Christmas and New years the crowd was ridiculous. If you can go early in teh season I would. If not go with Halloween...the Not so Scary Party is great :)
