Halloween on the High Seas--any tips?

We're on the 10/14 (can't wait!!). Pirate night and Halloween are the same day. Halloween party for kids will be at 2:30 and 4:30 pm, pirate night activities at 7:30, and adult Halloween party at 11.

I like this so much better. My youngest daughter and I had to take a nap last time. This is much better.

Well that is a bummer that Jack and Sally meet AFTER the movie. We can't stay up until 1am for that, especially when we are going to Atlantis the next morning. We are on a 3 night, and I'm already disappointed at the Halloween party times. I thought it would be in place of Pirate night, and actually be at night, not in the afternoon.

We're on the 10/2 Magic for our first HoTHS (done 4 Merrytime). Castaway line wasn't clear on the costume events for the 4 night Canada cruise + pirate night. Any help here? Many thanks

We're on our first this september so following this thread, we're on a 5 night and pretty sure pirate night and halloween night are different nights.... in my experience classic ships seem to have the fireworks earlier, between dinings than the dream class which seems late like 1030 (we prefer earlier) so glad it will be earlier on the magic... the other tip we've read is to visit the pumpkin tree each night as it usually "grows"

We are doing the Sept. 22 2 night Halloween on the High Seas out of San Diego. Does anyone know how the very short schedule works? I thought I read somewhere that first night is Halloween costumes and Pirate Night? Anyone else have experience with this? TIA!
