Halloween MagicBands

Does anyone have information about the Halloween MagicBands? Can you preorder them for the Not So Scary Halloween Party? Do you have to have a ticket for the party first? Do you just order your regular magic band and then swap out the band at the park? There is nothing on the Disney Store yet for the Halloween bands. any advice is appreciated! thanks!

You have to be in the park to buy them and they sell out really fast.

I ended up buying mine on eBay last year because I didn’t want to chance it. I’m glad I did because they were gone way before our trip.
