Looking around on the universal site and trying to search the message board I could not find a list of what is included in the halloween horror nights express pass. I know all of the haunted houses are included but what rides are included? Do you get all of the rides of the normal universal express and are just the haunted houses very busy or are the rides as busy as well? The wife and I will be down from Oct. 26 thru Nov. 4 and going to be at HHN on Sunday the 28th.

All the rides that are open are included in the event........but do yourself a favor....DONT RIDE THE RIDES, you'll never get through all the houses.

If you have an Express Pass, it will be valid for all the attractions that are open on that night. I was able to get all the houses done and ride almost every ride last year on a Saturday with Express.

Right....or do all the HHN stuff first THEN ride the rides.

For $70 you might as well milk it for all it's good for if you have the time.

Last year:
7 houses, one real show that you couldnt see during the day.
This year:
8 houses, four shows that you cant see during the day, each about 20-30 minutes long...AND its going to be the weekend before Halloween.....yeah, somehow that might be a little hard to do, and ride rides.
We went during hell week, and the express was 45 mintues long.

Never waited more then 5 minutes last year and waited in numerous drink lines. I was there on the night that the High School field trip called Halloween Havoc was there as well. If your waiting 45 minutes in an Express line then you need to move on to another house. Did I mention I didn't get there until about 7:30?

Luck was on you side, or so it seems........later in the month, and it has been...all the years I've been going.....impossible.

I'm still confused with this, so you get to ride the rides also? I thought you had to purchase a separate regular ticket to ride the rides and then buy the HHN ticket and then the express ticket which is extra, actually the Universal person I talked to said you have to buy TWO express tickets if you wanted it for the day and then the other one for the HHN. Its so confusing. :confused3 .

If you have an Express Pass for Halloween Horror Nights then you can use it the night you chose to attend on all the houses and all the rides that are open during the event.

If your going to the park during the day, then the Halloween Horror Nights Express Pass will not be valid for the rides. You would need to purchase a regular Express Plus Pass or Stay on site and use the hotel room key.
