Halloween Help

I was wondering if anyone can supply some help and information. We are going to DL Oct 22-30th, with tickets to Tot for one of the nights, I have a few questions on Costumes

1. I plan on going as Indiana Jones, and lack the Hat ( do have an offical jacket made by Peter at Wested Leather, company that made the jackets for the 1st 3 movies ) I was wondering if anyone who has been or going soon, knows if they sell the hats at the Outpost outside of Indiana Jones Ride and costs as well

2. Anyone ever had anything shipped to the Hojo? I can order the hat from Indiana jones store, Im sure they would ship to Hojo, and since I live in Canada, I would like to avoid long wait times and duty

3. My wife and Oldest son would like to go as a Cheerleader and basketball player from High School Musical, anyone have some ideas where to look for a costume for that?

I don't have the answers for your questions...I just wanted to say that we'll be staying at Hojo's 10/26-10/30 also!! We're going to the TOT on the 29th, how about you guys?

Oh just thought of something...maybe check email for the HS musical costumes? I haven't really seen those per se, but eBay has just about everything!

The hat was $ 42 if I remember correctly, and you are correct, they are being sold at the Outpost store near Indiana Jones ride.

Try this webstore for Indy costume parts. I've bought our Halloween costumes (Star Wars and Indiana Jones ones) from them. They take 1-4 days to ship, then 7 days to arrive (for deliveries to Canada). I've not paid duties on any of my orders from them.

They won't have HSM costumes though, sorry.

PS: They do have the Indy hat for 50% less than what it is sold for in Adventureland.

Even if they did have your desired HSM costumes, the minimum shipping charge would be $40 and the customs/taxes for orders to Canada would be high.

I've not been able to find much in HSM costumes that were made for adults - either online or in the parks.

I thought I saw a HSM basketball player sweatsuit in the shop at the top of Main Street the other week. Don't know the size range, but it was in the shop to the right of the costume shop - the one that is diagonal from the hat shop next to "50 Years".

My dad got the Indy hat at the Outpost when we were there in March. He really loves it. MY DH also got one. It was around $45 and they are really nice leather. Just make sure you know your hat size. DH has a big head and DDad has a small head. They each had to try on a couple to make sure they fit.

Can't remember seeing whips though . . .
