Hello,
The runDisney site has not been updated, I reviewed the literature from last year, and have a couple of questions for those who ran last year.
Do you need a park ticket for the day of the race? Or, is it included with your race registration?
BLT is not on the list of sponsor hotels, what's the best way to get to the start?
Has anyone heard of MNSSHP is part of the package again this year?
Thank you,
Mike

Hi! I ran this race last year and can address some of your questions.

A magic your way day ticket is not included with the registration. You run in and out of the Magic Kingdom. Once you run out of the park in order to get back in for the day you will need a park ticket. You will run through the park before it opens to park guests.

You will need to find a way to the start line. The start line is on Topiary Lane which is just outside of the Transportation and Ticket Center. The monorail maybe running that early in the morning. If it is you will want to get out off at the TTC And walk to the start line. If the monorail is not running you may want to catch a taxi from BLT to the TTC. It wouldn't cost you much. Walking to the start/finish line is also possible. It's about 1 mile.

Rumor has it that Run Disney is eliminating the MNSSHP party ticket from the 5K registration. Again, it's just a rumor at this point. Nothing official has been announced. We'll know for sure once Disney opens up the 5K registration.

Thank you ADP, I appreciate the response and the info.
I hope it is just a rumor about the event being removed.

I'm interested in this too. I'm planning on doing it this yr...if my knee makes it until then. Ahhh the fun part of getting older. Hoping they do include the party ticket this yr. Any other info anyone has, would be great!
