It might vary year by year but last October Stitch was running Halloween. There were a few Halloweeny things such as the Pink Witches and Pumpkinmen just before the main parade. The main parade seemed to be the normal one with all the characters.
There were also different shows on. Minnie did one and there was a Villains show plus kids could get mad hair styles done in a couple of spots (I think for an extra charge? We didn't do it, too much gunk and didn't want to spend all night washing it out!).

I thought it mentions fireworks, Frontierland being Halloween-ed again, Jack and Sally (which would be AMAZING and perfect obviously for Halloween) but I'm not sure if that's all month or just for the party night? It says about meeting them outside Phantom Manor - at the cemetery. Also about Fantasyland being involved with Mickey? Halloween shows, the character express being decorated?

Entry Disco Hurricanes: 20 € - access for minors unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The spirit of Halloween will be the party to the delight of young and old. Between Main Street, USA ® and Central Plaza, redecorated for the occasion and Frontierland ® transformed into Halloweenland, Men and Ladies Pumpkin took their neighbourhood.

This year the characters created by Tim Burton for his film The Strange Christmas Mr Jack: Jack The Skeleton and her friend Sally are invited surprise this season. And for the first time an event will be awfully tempting place several nights in Disneyland in Fantasyland ®: the holidays Pas-Si-Trouille Mickey. Upon arrival at Disneyland, visitors are plunged into the atmosphere deliciously appalling Main Street, USA, witnessing tasks orange paint left by the Men and Women pumpkin
The Wicked Disney make their Halloween Show will be presented several times a day on Central Plaza by Men and Women pumpkin led by Minnie, revamped for the occasion. The ceremony will be followed by a meeting with the unique Méchants Disney. Le Petit Train Disney Characters Halloween, redecorated for the occasion, down and back on Main Street, USA several times a day, carrying the famous Disney Characters? Its board.The Parade of Dreams Disney, which revives the great moments of storytelling Disney's best-known and appreciated by all, will be preceded by a magical parade of Halloween.

Once crossed the entrance to Fort Halloweenland by Comstock, the most courageous'll surprise by many surprises and animations detonating.. At the Boot Hill cemetery at Phantom Manor, visitors are going to meet Jack the skeleton and her friend Sally, two characters in the film The Strange Christmas Mr Jack. Several times a day, kids can test their strength and try their luck in the traditional Halloween Piñata: to capture all kinds of candies, biscuits and sweets, we still need to pass the break…

Young visitors can dress up and celebrate Halloween with Disney Characters.
No Christmas-Si-Trouille Mickey families should come and spend an evening at Fantasyland ® for these new opportunities, parera a decoration in the colours of Halloween.
Characters Disney's most mischievous and Pirate Jack Sparrow will of course of the game, and a new music, new street animations and many other happy surprises.
Visitors can sing, dance and laugh along with Merlin and four witches surprising: Minnie, Lilo, Daisy and Clarice in the courtyard of the Castle!
And by late evening, they can take part in the parade closing on Halloween where characters, artists and guests mix to head to the exit of the park.
The following attractions will be open throughout the evening: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Pinocchio Travels, Le Carrousel Lancelot, Peter Pan's Flight, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Mad Hatter's Tea Cups, "It'sa small world, "The Castle of Sleeping Beauty, and Pirates of the Caribbean.
No Christmas-Si-Trouille Mickey will be from 20h to 23h on the following dates: 10, 17, 24 and 28 October 2008
Holders of tickets for this theme evening will have access to Disneyland as soon 17h.

Notice that there's no mention of the Pink Witches, I had read that they wouldn't be present this year, which I think is a good move but I love the Pumpkin men & woman so hope there's lots more of those around for everyone to enjoy.
Also Stitch isn't the predominant character, much as I love him I wasn't sure he fitted into the Halloween theme, Jack and Sally and the other villains are much more fitting and anything that brings Capt. Jack Sparrow into the park more often has got to be a good thing
