I will take a window if they want to give it to me but I am not going to pay for it.......that would take away from buying more drinks on the ship.

That's why the parasailing is gonna be interresting. At least if I crash, it won't be pilot error! Can you blame a boat captain for a flying error???

Well that SEVERELY limits the rooms I'm willing to move to! DW, take note, staterooms 2130-2134 is all we'll take!

I'm hoping for a near gift of cat 9. It's nearly $600 difference and I'm not willing to pay anything close to that for cat 9. For a cat 3 I might, but not a cat 9.

BTW, I did the room availability tally again last night. cat 4(1), cat 9(8+), cat 10(5), cat 11(1). Everything else is GTY only.

We keep going back & forth on it. Should we just try & see if we can handle it (last cruise we had a veranda), will I really hate not having a window, will I wake up in the morning with no sun, etc?? Now that you mention the DOD/Beer fund, we might need to give it some serious reconsideration!!

Only 6 more minutes until I can print our boarding passes from Southwest! We leave the house tomorrow morning at 6:15. YIPPEE!!

I can relate, I don't like to fly that much either, partly because I am not driving the plane and partly because I don't fit too well in them. If we lived closer, I wouldn't mind driving, but MN is just too far away.

Has anyone come up with that fish hanger to hold solo cups yet. I could leave it out in the hallway but I am afraid that it would get spilled. Make sure your there before 6:30am as DW and I are usually on deck drinking coffee by then.

10.24.06 Status Update
The STEREO mission is about to begin. Safely installed atop a Boeing Delta II rocket, the twin spacecraft are ready for launch Wednesday at 8:38 p.m. EDT. The vehicle's second stage was loaded with storable propellants on Monday. The launch weather forecast remains favorable, with virtually no concerns. High pressure behind a passing front has brought pleasant conditions for the next two days. There is still only a 5% chance of weather violating launch constraints, due to possible development of thick clouds.

I know for an over planner I should be freaking out but instead I'm calmly doing laundry and catching up on my Tivo (maybe I'm so far over the ledge I've already lost it and I have the calm only the insane have ). My travel agent said she's looking into it... that was yesterday. No news today.

Choc Marg.........how are you doing? Any stress related breakouts? I'm afraid it will be me this year .
