So, it's October 31. I am taking my daughter to school. And we leave early because I need to run to the grocery store before I drop her off to get treats for her class.
We're driving down the road, and getting ready to merge onto the major expressway here and 2 kids (16/17) jump out of the woods next the expressway right in front of my car. They were dressed in all black with huge orange socks on pulled up to their knees.
Now the creepy thing is, they jumped out in front of us, going 50 mph. I had to SLAM my breaks, could have caused a HUGE pile up b/c this was morning rush time. Could have killed themselves or someone else. But when they came out in front of my car, they weren't laughing. Like ha ha got you. Or ..laughing b/c they were high from the fact that they almost just lost their lives.
They jumped out in front of my car and then just stood there, they didn't look at me, they just stood there. All Scary movie like.
I was getting nervous, b/c they were acting so irrationally, and I had my daughter in the back seat. So i attempted to drive around them. And they moved to block my car again!!
Again, they weren't laughing, nothing. Just seemed REALLY unstable. I thought they were going to pull a gun on us, they way the kid was moving.
Finnally, I just reved up the car and plowed through. If he was going to move, he was going to, if not..well then.....
They did move, but instead of going back into the woods, they ran across the busy aertery into oncoming traffic and caused a pile up on the other side of the road!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Is this all because it's Halloween? I have never seen anything so awful before as a "trick".
I called 911 afterwards. But What are you supposed to do in a situation like that?

Was anyone hurt in the pile up? That is just creepy and scary. Was your daughter frightened by it all? How old is she?

out of me, too!! I really hope they found them and charged them with something. They really could have caused a lot of harm.
