Okay, how many of you have been sneaking into your kids Halloween candy??? Come on, you know you do;)

We get all the sour ones cuz my kids don't like them. I really want the milky ways, by they won't share those!

That's the problem here too! They like all the good stuff. I need kids who hate Milky Ways and Snickers!

I only like dark chocolate and red licorice neither of which DD got. Most of her candy will be headed to DH's office tomorrow. DD gladly traded it for Wiggles pj's and bathtub paint.

My 10 year has always disliked chocolate, weird kid. ;) Unfortunately, he didn't trick or treat this year :( but I've always gotten good stuff before. :)

No kid to trick or treat here. Lucky for me--sugar is not good for Atkins ;)

Ever have a PET get into the candy?

I have!

One year, my dog got into my Halloween candy loot when I was at school. There were wrappers all over the living room. He even chewed the gum, and ate the lollipops and left the sticks!

He was fine, he did not get sick. One year he also ate a big Hershey Kiss I left under the Xmas tree!

He was some kind of sweet-toothed dog, very odd! LOL

Just a word of caution, dogs can die from eating chocolate. We've had out dog get into it at our house, too, having to call the vet on Christmas morning. A teaspoon of peroxide took care of getting it out of his stomach, but still not a good experience. The darker the chocolate, the more potent it is to a dog.

I'm also guilty of snacking from their loot.

certainly not me.................we don't celebrate Halloween, so I'm safe:teeth: ::yes::

I'm at college, so no trick or treating for me. Our little grocery store on campus had halloween candy for sale, and I've gone through four bags of lollypops!!! Whoops ;)

me and my bro end up giving my parents : almond joys, mounds, snickers, lollipops, fast breaks, licorice, and any other weird stuff;)

My daughters actually put all their Almond Joy bars into a little baggy for me. They said that they know I like coconut and since they don't they thought I would like them. How sweet! :D

DH and I have eatten some......

But when you have 4 kids trick or treating and some leftover candy - how can you not eat some? I have about 10lbs of candy here! Problem is, I work from home so I don't have an office to take the stuff into. DH works for UPS so he doesn't really have an 'office' to dump the stuff off at.

I really don't want them eatting all this candy and I certainly don't need to eat it. Anyone have any ideas? :listen:

No sneaking here, we divied up the candy into three (DS, mom and dad) the next day. DS allowed us to have our favorites and he kept his favorites, so I have a small stash of about 5-6 candies that I like and will eat them when the chocolate cravings hit.

No kids. And there were few trick-or-treaters. I've got a huge bowl of candy that nobody came for. I could fill my tub with all the Smarties around here....:D
