Halloween at US????

Hi can anyone tell me if it is worth going to US for Halloween? We are considering coming over from the UK but as we will have our 8 year old with us we cannot do the night time events as they r too scary! Are the parks decorated ect during the day, we have just returned to the UK from our Universal holiday so dont really want to bother in October if it will be just the same. Any advice is appreciated

It will be fairly close to the same. Some of the props they use for Halloween Horror Nights are left out during the day but nothing to take a special trip for. If the kid is too young you can always take him to the Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Party instead. If it were me I'd wait until the kid was old enough to go to HHN.

i agree just go to Mickey's not so scary....the little oe will enjoy that so much more

Another option would be the Sea World Halloween Spooktacular which unlike MNSSHP is included with the park admission. Kids can dress up and go trick or treating.
