Hi,

we have been to DLRP from friday till monday and stayed at the Holiday Inn again. The parks were not very packed. We had some great meals with friends at Annette´s , Billy Bobs and the Silver Spur Steakhouse. The food at the Steakhouse Brunch was nice...okay a little bit too much fish and lamb for DH and there were only 4 characters that interact with the children... no chance for adults :sad2:
We spent one evening with a group of 11 at the HNY bar having some nice cocktails :grouphug:

Here you see some of the pics I have on my updated website :3dglasses

I just went to Halloween as well on Tuesday. No more than a 5 minute wait for all rides except BTM and SM2 which were closer to 10 mins. I really didnt care for the new Pink Witches area which I thought looked undisney and somewhat cheap. Otherwise decorations are good.

Had a meal at Rainforest Cafe which I thought was just okay, not bad but a bit pricey. Hamburger and Coke for 20 euros!

Great photos Renate :)
One day we'll make it to Halloween since it looks magical :goodvibes

They are wonderful photos Renate! :goodvibes But I think I'm must be the only person here who doesn't want to visit DLP when it's been all "Halloweened"!!!

We are doing Christmas in DLRP this year, next year will have to be Halloween, and a couple of extra memory sticks for the camera! I love the pumpkin pirate at Le Coffre du Capitaine.

I went last year at Halloween and really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was fantastic and I drove my family mad playing the cd of the Halloween parade music - still do given half a chance LOL

When we went the Mummys Curse struck the paddle steamer coz it ran aground just as we were waiting to go on it. They had to ferry the passengers off in little boats.

I suppose that's something - but it still doesn't appeal!!! I want Main Street to look like Main Street, and (though I know it's not there this year) that thing that "pulls" the paddle steamer gives me the absolute heebie jeebies!!! :scared1: :teeth:

Hi Renate. Just wondered if there is a Villain's parade this year? Thanks. v.xxx

I read somewhere that Disney are aiming to bring forward the opening date for Tower of Terror to 31/10/07 - so fingers crossed this'll be our next halloween trip, I know what you mean about the CD Nik, in fact I was playing it this morning whilst praying for a miracle to answer Reid's quiz question. :maleficen

There is a Villains parade Verity - it was fantastic last year and this year you'll have the addition of those fabulous witches, I wish I was coming with you.

I thought the Villains parade was fab. Nice to see some of those brilliant Disney Villains getting a look in.

WOW! It looks absolutely amazing...can't wait to go and see it all in 18 days !!! (though I'm sure it will be more crowded when we get there on the 26th!) Brilliant photos !
