Halloween at HHI

We will be at Hilton Head over Halloween and wondered if there might be anything special happening. Also my son wants to bring his rollerblades all the way from the UK - is there likely to be anywhere he can use them?

Can't tell you about activities, never there at that time of year. As far as rollerblading, the resort has nice paved walkways in and around the buildings, away from traffic. If he's old enough to be out on his own, there are miles of paved bike/blading paths on the island. Enjoy...
