Halloween activities at disney resorts?

My DD loved the trick or treating and activities they had at Old Key West on Halloween last year.

Do all disney resorts do kids activities or just the DVC resorts?

Last october they had Trick or Treating around the pool at POP. So I guess if they do it at Values, they should do it at all Resorts.

We missed the trick or treating btw, we were shopping offsite and came back half an hour after it finished. So I can't tell you how it went or how nice it was. But there is definitely something to do for kids on Halloween night. (it lasts somewhere around 90 minutes to 2 hours, IIRC)
