A google search will turn up several hits.
My local Hallmark is not taking the $10 coupon that was intended for new moms and had signs on the door detailing this decision.
our hallmark is still taking them. matter of fact the employee asked if i had one and if i had another i could come right back and use the second one.
On the offical site it states that the promotion is over, i would be surprise if you can still find a link to print, but good luck
