Hi all - Still is Sweet 16 mode here. :faint:

I have tried googling this, but am not having any luck other than chocolate chip recipes.

I thought I would be smart & purchase half-sheet size pans to make more, but now I cannot find half-sheet bar cookie recipes.

Anyone know where to find them? Thanks!

I would think you just Google "Cookie bar recipes" without putting in half sheet pan into the search. That is only an amount. If you need to, just double a cookie bar recipe to fill a whole half sheet pan.

There are several cookie bar recipes on this thread. Scroll down the first post and the different cookie bar recipes are listed.

I agree. Just double a standard recipe and it should work fine. I would just monitor the bake time closely.

I made a double batch of rice krispie treats with crunchy peanut butter this past weekend and they fit perfectly in a half sheet pan, it made a crazy amount and now half of them are in the freezer. I forgot how yummy (and easy) Rice Krispie Treats were, no baking! I will add some chopped peanuts next time though, the little bits from the peanut butter added a great texture.

I am saving my leftovers for a Labor Day cookout at my parents. I might drizzle them in chocolate, yummo!

I am making a salted caramel pretzel m&m rice krispies batch for a meeting tomorrow night. :thumbsup2 Double batches fit easily in half sheet pan!

Try Magic bars, OP. Those are meant to be bar cookies. Also go here:

Thank you all! I didn't realize it was as easy as doubling a recipe. I thought there would be more to it. Phew!
