Already posted this on Budget Board:

The new Irish pub, Raglan Road, scheduled to open is just a few days @ Downtown Disney currently has a half-price offer w/Clear Channel Radio Stations. Pay $25 (plus $3.50 shipping) for $50 worth of food (cannot be used towards alcohol). Here's a link: Click

Just click on one of the stations and you should be able to find the offer. If one station is sold-out, just keep trying others until you are successful. Right now there are still plenty available...but they will probably go quickly as more people are aware of it.

It says on the coupon that it CAN be used for alcohol, but not for multiple visits. If it was for multiple visits i might buy one but I don't want to spend $50 in one visit for the 2 of us!

It expires March 31, 2006, bummer for me, but great deal for someone else!

It's a bit confusing because some of the stations say yes on alcohol, others say no. I sent an email asking for clarification. Even though there's only two of you, you might can to consider getting one as I'm sure a meal for two with a drink or dessert will exceed the $25 price.

Thanks! I just ordered one. It says valid for alcohol.

Terms and Conditions: Expires 03/31/2006. No Cash Value. Can Not Be Used on Multiple Visits. Can Not Be Used At Other Locations. Can Be Used On Alcohol. :cheer2: :cheer2: :drinking1 :drinking1 DH is an Irishman ;) He'll be in heaven.

BTW does anyone know if they are accepting ADR's yet?? Or if the menu is posted anywhere???

Thank you so much for the info!!! I bought a gift card for our December trip! Now I only have to wait til they start taking ADRs! :sunny:

Thanks so much!!! I bought one for DH and DB for our thnaksgiving trip.. A Suprise!!! They will love it!!!!

Someone just mentioned on another thread that they had to make ADR's for another restaurant and took the opportunity to ask about Raglan Road, were told they thought ADR's would start on Monday. The official opening date is currently scheduled for Oct. 12th.

Thanks so much for posting this. Bought one!

Will have to adjust my ADRs a bit. hehe

This will be a great surprise for my DH.

Well the Earl of Sandwich was just dethrowned by the Irish pub....at least for the last night of our trip. We moved the Earl onto our drive home day. It's our last chance to enjoy a bit of pixie dust before hitting the road home.

Thank you so much for posting this. Even if we don't get $50 out of it, we know that most likely we would spend about $40 on the night anyway. Someone is in for one heck of a tip. lol Maggie

I have decided to wait until I see if I can get an ADR. If I can't, it's a waste of $25. If I get one, and the coupons are still available, then I'll buy one. :confused3

There will be 7 of us, so I bought 2. Mine say alcohol is okay... which will work well for beer drinking brother. :drinking1 :drinking1 :drinking1

Oh, I see! How strange! The opening date is supposed to be Oct 12th, we arrive on the 19th - I'm so afraid they won't be able to open on time - it's been delayed so long already! And then I'll have this gift card. Hmm, something to think about!

Is this strictly for an over 21 crowd or are children allowed to eat here as well? Thank you!

If I can't get an ADR, we can always gift it to one of Gabby's sisters that lives in FL or sell it on eBay. So, either way, it's no big loss. Maggie

I would assume children are allowed, as they are allowed most places on Pleasure Island, and Pleasure Island admission is not required to visit the restaurant. Granted, Pleasure Island isn't a place I'd want my kids after a certain time of night....but I think an early dinner at Raglan Road would be fine (and that's if they're not open for lunch...).

And if its an "over 18 or 21" sort of place....there's always take out.

That's what I was thinking, too. :))) Thank you for your reply. I'll be looking forward to eating there. :)
