Half Board Voucher Question

Morning!
We've just added half board plus to our package and I was wondering if they have to be used on the dates they're intended for?
We're planning on eating in Annette's on our last night and then have a big lunch in cafe Mickey the following day before we leave. Can I use the vouchers in cafe Mickey even though they weren't meant for use on that day? Does that make any sense to anyone?! If I can't use them like this I'll swap around the meals and go to cafe Mickey on our last night instead so that we get full benefit of the vouchers.

Yes you can do that. Last time we went Half Board Plus we saved up four of our vouchers and used them on the last night for a meal at the California Grill.
