Half Board Plus - Which Menu?

From my research, it looks like with the Half Board Plus Menu, the meal voucher is good for the prix fixe menu at the listed restaurants.

Do you receive the starter, main course and dessert (all three)? Or just the main course and either dessert or the starter?

After the new 2017 meal plan goes into affect that includes breakfast at your hotel, will we still receive the mid-day snack vouchers?

I also just noticed that there are two levels of prix fixe menus... which one is the voucher good for? For example, looking at the Silver Spur Steakhouse menu, they have the Sheriffs menu for approx 30 euros and then the Cowboy menu for approximately 43 euros.

I'm just trying to work the math to see if the meal plan will be a good value for us.
