Half Board and Shows Questions

Hi all

Not been on here for a good few years but have just booked to go back to DLP in January . I've been having a wee read through all the posts today and have a couple of questions. Sorry if they've been posted loads before but I couldn't find any up to date info...

We've got the free half board meal plan with our booking which will just be the standard one as staying at the Cheyenne. Is there any option to upgrade these or would we have to upgrade our hotel?

What is the face value of standard vouchers these days?

I was reading that in the last few years they've cut out a lot of the shows? This is a bit disappointing as we realky loved the shows. Are Animagique, Cinemagique and stunt shows still on?

I'm so excited to see the new Toy Story Land we just missed it opening the last time we were there and DD is obsessed with Toy Story

***** There is an option to upgrade to full board for an extra amount, but I think you need to upgrade your hotel to upgrade your vouchers *****

***** These are all still on as they classed as attractions rather than shows - unless the weather is really bad though as they will cancel said stunt show *****

You can't upgrade "free" half board vouchers without paying in full for them, so I wouldn't bother. You can use them at whichever participating table or buffet service restaurant you like though, at cash value, if you don't want to use them only at standard grade restaurants.

Thanks guys! I'm so excited... been on the laptop with the kids all morning looking at videos of all the rides lol. I'm so glad all those shows are still on, kids would be gutted if they'd cancelled them. So is it just the shows that went on at Videopolis and things that have been cancelled

That's a bummer I can't upgrade the vouchers but hey ho, I'm still budgeting for meals anyway as have so many plans for eating. Just need to find out the face value of them.
