Good Morning:
Had a very nice weekend. Went to Cabela's in Maine with Mark. We had never been and it was a beautiful day for a ride to Maine and then see the coast on the way back home.
It's nice to get away - just the 2 of us and have some couple time. Then on Sunday, the Queen and Princess came over. Our son Nick also came by. It was a fun day. Miranda and I did get in 5 miles. No records were set for speed because the stroller came along too, but it was a pleasant way for the princess to get in a nap.
Have been neglecting my paperwork duties for Mark's business so I did that last night. A busy time but also, very rewarding.
My best to all for the week. I have two evening appts this week so I may do my walks before work to get them in.

To everyone and i'll pop in when I can.

That sounds incredibly frustrating! Would the local teams be able to recommend a different repair shop? Sending some early birthday wishes to Briar Rose! Sorry her birthday won't be at WDW

No stress, no pressure! I purchased Kinesio tape and that does a really good job of supporting the muscles and the tendons. I will be using it the day of the race.
I am here two days in a row!!! Yea!
