It's so much easier to keep going than start over. When will I ever learn?
Are you off to DC or Washington state? No plans for Canada Day. It's kind of odd since it's in the middle of the week. It was too difficult to take two days off.
for your knee! Standing on my feet all day aggrivates my knees and back too. Congrats on your race as well!

- DD is better so they tell us, but a lot of nerve pain.
It's about time to get our monthly miles in - mine are sad-sad-sad!

to those of you doing events in the summer heat--or we're continuing to train. So...these random thoughts made me think about the challenges of traveling for WISHers, whether traveling to an event or for other reasons.
Finally got a run in. Yea! And then headed to the lake for the day. We got a new kneeboard and although my knee is a bad one, I just couldn't let the kids have all of the fun, so I went kneeboarding for the first time! It was SO MUCH FUN! I even managed to pull off a 180, which was pretty funny. The first time I managed to get myself backwards and grab the rope handle, I thought "okay, now what do I do?" panicked and crashed!
