Jennifer - I can't wait until the Fall when I can change up my workouts a little and get back out there in the evenings. This getting up at 5:30 and 6:00 is hard! I value my sleep!
bunnyfoo - My 6 miler turned out to be 6.5

, but I was feeling great at the end - in spite of the hill right at the end! We do 8 miles this weekend. I am SO nervous about that!

I really enjoyed sleeping in a little on Monday, but did get in a 30 minute walk with a friend on Monday night to stretch out my muscles a bit. Tuesday morning we bumped up our mid-week distance to 4 miles! I decided that it was too hard to do that on my own, so I met the group at the high school to run at 5:30. So glad that I did. It was one of my hardest ones yet - and being in the group motivated me to keep going.
