Ok, call me stupid but I can't remember if there are hairdryers in the stateroom. This would be our 4th cruise you would think I would remember!!

Thanks!

There are hairdryers in the room, but they're pretty low-powered.

Bring your own if you have long or thick hair! princess:

They are the standard issue wall models found in some hotel chains....we felt they were useless if you had long or think hair...we always bring our own.

Yes, they are the standard 1500 watt hotel hair dryers.
I guess if you are in doubt, bring your own. I finally realized why we found them so powerful, our home hair dryer is only 1200 watts.
My daughter with long thick hair had to be careful not to overdry here hair on board, put others find them weak. Now I know why.

Yes, bring your own if your hair is long.

As you can see from my pic below I have long hair. It took forever to dry my hair, and it just didn't look right either. :( I ended up not drying my hair the rest of the cruise and just going with the curly look as my hair just didn't look the same after using the dryer.

I brought a travel hairdryer but never used it. I found the one in the bathroom worked fine and my hair is pretty thick.
