Hair wrapping and face painting at Downtown Disney

Can one do this at Downtown Disney? Any estimate on the cost, and how early the stands would open?

the hair wraps seem to average $25-$30

There is a hair wrap station. We had to ask a CM to point it out because it is in a corner. My kids' wraps usually are around $30, it depends on how many beads they get. I don't know anything about face painting though.

I think the hair wrap station opened when the stores opened. You can sign up on a waiting list and walk around and shop while you wait if it is crowded.
