I have a travel hairdryer but does anyone know if you can get something similar but in hairtongs. Not the gas ones.

or do you know if Goodings at the crossroads sells that sort of thing

Pretty much all of the hotels have blowdryers. If you are staying near a Walgreen's or CVS store, which are on every other street corner, they will have hair tongs for a reasonable price. Ask for a "curling iron".

Ali ~ I got a pair of hair tongs and straighteners from the big Walmart on the 192. They are not travel ones but for use in USA. For both I think I paidmunder $100.

thanks, I could have got a travel set via amazon but don't want the dryer as I have one and also we get one in our room this time. think I read there is a Walgreen near the crossroads so will go there and buy a set.
