Anyone catch the name of the product on the show a few weeks ago that smooths hair with amazing results? I forgot to write it down and would like to buy it!

No it wasn't that. He had a woman try it out on the show and the results were amazing. It was the same show that had the mascara primer that worked great as well. I should've written it down!

Do you think those results were typical? Do you think it's possible the person they demonstrated on was a plant to ensure the results would come out the way they wanted?

Weight loss pills where they show before and after results find people who exercise regularly who are in the hospital for a broken bone, etc. They basically pay them to get fat, take the before picture, then let them train back to where they used to be. Oh look! It's a miracle!

Other times, it's just camera tomfoolery: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M957dACQyfU

i love watching Dr. Oz. I think he has people on to discuss things...i don't think he recommends all of them - but its something to try and see if it works for you!

The healthiest thing i've incorporated is Coconut Oil - which i heard on his show....he also just helps me to think about making healthier choices...

I stopped watching because it was one week do this, the it was something else, sometimes contrary to what he said/showed the week before.

Coconut oil happens to be a good addition to the diet. Seems strange since he'll also claim that you need to reduce saturated fat to be heart healthy. I wonder if he realizes coconut oil is 90% saturated fat?

He didn't recommend coconut oil because he believes in it. He'll put everything that appears in a woman's magazine on his show at least once. Raspberry ketones, alli, green bean extract, hgc, etc. There's no filter for which are truly good (almost none) and which are scams. It's like that old saying: Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

I don't watch the Dr. Oz show, but I use BioSilk Silk Therapy, and it works great!

Was it the John Frieda Frizz-Ease? That was in a video on the Doctor Oz website about frizzy hair.

I've used the Moroccan oil and it does wonders for smoothing the frizzies.

Re: the diets on Dr. Oz's show.......if the one he had "last week" works so well, why does he showcase another one "this week"? He has a new diet on his show EVERY BLINKING WEEK. If only 1/4 of them are as good as they're supposed to be, we'd all be a size 6. Hmmmmmphhh... I've tried a couple of them and all I've lost is money.

Moroccan oil won stylist choice awards for frizzy hair. It's a 10 miracle serum, biosilk silk therapy and Paul Mitchell super skinny are also fantastic
