Hair & Makeup!

Hi Everyone!
I am looking for suggestions for hair and makeup. I see that Patricia LeJune and Ana at Beaute Speciale have great reviews. I don't wear alot of makeup, so i'm afraid. I wanted to do a trial when I go down in May. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks

We used Ana, I LOVED her and have nothing but great things to say.

Many people have said great things about Patricia too. I would pick one of the two.

Personally I would go with Ana but thats just because I used her and had such a great experience.

I was between Ana and Patricia as well. I ultimately decided by looking at the galleries on their websites and photos of brides here. Both do incredible work; I felt Patricia was more natural looking. Given that I do wear make-up every day and love lashes, shadow, liner, etc. I went with Ana. I felt like she really played up the eyes a lot in a style I that preferred. Both are very skilled, it comes down to how you would like to look on your big day.

I booked Patricia LeJeune and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. I went for my trial last month and the pics of it are posted here.

She made my thin hair seem like so much more and I'm not a "natural" makeup kind of girl so I wanted a strong eyebut not too much. She did an amazing job. I loved my makeup.

I just had a trial with Patricia this past week and LOVED her! The foundation she uses made my skin look flawless but was super lightweight that I couldn't tell that I had it on. I told her I wanted my make-up neutral (as in that I don't look like I'm playing dress up with bright pink cheeks and red lips) but that I didn't want to look totally natural either. She did an AMAZING job, I don't have pics up yet but will post them in my PJ in the next few days. I loved my make-up and hair- I still looked like me but a much better version of me. My hair STAYED in too, I slept on it and it still was more or less in place the next am!

Definately send her an e-mail. Her husband Randy does all her scheduling and he will e-mail you back. Don't panic if you don't hear back immediately- she has become so popular that just keeping up with her e-mails has become his full time job but they will take excellent care of you!

PS Try the fake eyelashes too! I NEVER would have even considered using fake lashes but they look amazing! She uses individual lashes not strips and I couldn't really even feel them. I have long lashes to start with but she put on some that were actually a little shorter than my natural lashes just to add fullness and they looked sooooo great, I hated to wash them off!
