I am wondering if I should pack my hair dryer or not. I read that you can request one at check in, but there is a limited amount. Has anybody had a problem when they requested one or should I just bring my own? I have room in my bag at the moment for it, but of course would like to have that extra room for the return trip. Oh, and what about irons, are these a problem to request as well?
We will be staying at the All Star Sports...
Thanks everyone..

Min75, if you truly will use your hair dryer, then definitely pack it. Don't leave anything to chance. As to irons & ironing boards, they have been found inside my resort room at the All-Star Sports and All-Star Music:

I hope that helped. Have a wonderful vacation.

I stayed at Pop century and I had both hair dryer and iron in my room. Both came in handy especially the iron some of my clothes were wrinkled by the suitcase.

I've stayed at the Pop Century twice and neither room had a hair dryer in it (I stayed there most recently at the end of July). I thought I would mention that.

I also have read that some people have found hair dryers in some of the All-Stars rooms, but I have stayed in the Sports & Music (most recently at the end of July), and none of my rooms had a hair dryer in it. Since hair dryers appear to be hit or miss, and if a guest really needs a hair dryer, they should play it safe and bring one from home.

We just got back Wednesday night, stayed at ASMo from 9/22 thru 9/28. There was a hairdryer in the room. It was attached to the wall, so I assumed all rooms had them.

We had 2 room at ASSp and no hair dryer--had our own. It would make more sense to me to have hair dryers in all rooms and have irons/ironing boards on request.

We stayed in Pop just last week (3 rooms) and ALL had hair dryers installed. This must be new because we were there in May and there was NOT any hair dryers installed then. We stayed in the All Stars last year and there were hair dryers in our rooms (movies). Irons and ironing boards are now standard in all rooms. I believe Pop was the last resort that did not have the hair dryers installed, so looks like they have taken care of that now.

so hot down there I want for a walk and took pics of the resort with my children and my hair natural was dry! :rotfl:
