The rooms at the All Stars do not have hair dryers, but you can request them from Mousekeeping.

The hair dryers in the room are very small and not very powerful. I have thick hair, and it takes me forever to dry it completely, even on high. If you can make room in your suitcase, I would suggest you bring your own hair dryer. (My hair when I don't dry it all the way. )
