Are they in every cabin and are they any good? My any good I mean one that is not attached to the wall like some hotels are.

I need a good hairdryer to style my naturally curly hair and I thought they were fine. I didn't need to bring my own.

Yes, they are good! They are not attached to the wall, you have to plug them in. Just make sure you plug it into the correct outlet. For the first 4 days of our cruise I thought the dryers were horrible and my hair ended up being so frizzy bc I couldn't get it dry! Then my daughter showed me the OTHER outlet thing I was supposed to be using - and voila! No more frizz!!

I laughed when I saw this post, on our first Fantasy cruise my wife took ages drying her hair, I did the usual think and nodded yes dear the hair dryers are poor of course dear! Then I had the thought, she did use the round plug on the vanity unit, nobody would be silly to use 110v socket , well 20 he's later she was complaining to GS and yes she was using the wrong socket, lol. It made my day.

just returned from a cruise and loved the hair dryer so much I went out today and bought one just like it.
yup, they are very good!

The hairdryer was awesome. We had a diffuser attachment included in the little bag the hairdryer came in. The brand is Babyliss. It is better than the one I have at home and now I want one!!

Does it come with a diffuser?
They are the BablyBliss brand and were very good! Seriously, the best hair dryer I have used on any ship or hotel room. I'm a hairdryer snob too. Leave your at home...I promise you can!

Do you happen to know if they have them on the wonder, or is it only the ones that attach to the wall?

I have a BaByliss flat iron and it rocks! I've wanted to try their hair dryer and excited to see I can next April.

Well, duh! Maybe I had the hair dryer plugged into the wrong outlet, as well! It normally takes me about 2 minutes to dry my hair. It seemed to take forever while on the Fantasy!

This is me. I bought a Babyliss after using the one on the Fantasy...I have never had such a great blow dryer, and I have super long and thick hair and I was in heaven when I saw it in the cabin.

Hmmm, I was not impressed at all with the new one on the Magic compared to what I have at home. It took a long time to dry my hair.

Did you have it plugged into the correct outlet? They have notices on the Fantasy to say to plug the hairdryer into the 220 socket (the European one) to get the best performance.

Where is the outlet? Is it clearly identified?

I'm in the US and trying to find the hairdryer. Is it the same model number? Are you in the US? Where did you get it?
