Hair braiding/wrap booths: just a WDW thing?

Can anyone tell me if those booths that do hair braiding and hair wraps are a thing at DLR?

My hair is unruly in the heat so was thinking of having someone just do two braids for me when I get there (I can do it but they wouldn't stay in for long)

Otherwise, I'll do it before I leave so should last a few days.

It's been 5 years, probably more since I've seen the cart that did hair wraps. There are some styles at A&E Boutique that incorporate a braid, and they have colored pieces they can add in. They may sell clip in wraps too. The styles just don't last as long as the kind of hair braiding or wraps you see in cruise ports or island tourist traps.
