Hair braiding advice to all

I have a question, where do you sign up to get your hair braided?

We were on the Wonder last week and got DD#1 braided into a "crown" braid on Tuesday night. DH and I happened upon the booth Monday night (they are by the pool during the day but across from the ESPN skybox until 10 at night). We made her the appt. for the next day because few were available. It was $2 per braid and she got 13 braids for $26 and we tipped another $4. The combs were in disinfecting solution like my local salon. She got red, white and blue beads and the girl said everyone was getting those that day!
While we were there one little girl and her mom came in and were told they could sign up for the next evening or go to CC. They signed up for night but said they'd cancel if they got them on CC! The girl was whining "why can't I get them NOW" like Veruca Salt in "Willy Wonka", but they were closing after ours, so I'm glad we booked the day before.
I had read here not to go on the islands and I was glad I didn't. I also know when we considered hair braiding at the poly a couple of years ago it would have been much more with all of the beads, etc.
They said it should last 3 weeks. When the time comes, they said to wet and condition it, then clip the rubber bands out and start working them out.
I can't begin to tell you how many people commented on them at WDW and now at home! DD#1 feels like the belle of the ball. DD#2 didn't want her hair braided so she got a captain Minnie stuffed toy instead.
