Any one watching? :lmao:

ROFL. HGTV show showing potential buyers a house that looks like no one is living in .......and they open a bedroom door & there is a guy lying in the bed. ROFL!!!! "That's a first." I wonder if he was passed out, dead or just asleep. lol

I once walked in to a WDW hotel and the same thing happened to me. Apparently, the last "guest" never checked out. (I thought they checked those things) And he was naked. On TOP of the covers.

Okay, I'm going to go scrub my brain now.

That happened to me once. The realtor and I had been in the house for probably 15 min., we looked at the first floor and headed upstairs. The realtor opened the bedroom door and there was a man sleeping in the bed. She closed the door and we got out of there in a flash! It was funny. She had talked to the wife but either she forgot to tell her husband or he forgot we were coming.

When we were househunting we too had gone all through the downstairs, out in the yard, looked at the pool and garage, and then headed upstairs.
There was an intercom system that was playing music and what sounded like a television upstairs. (We too often leave a tv on when we leave the house, so didn't think anything of it)

Looked in the first 3 bedrooms, the bonus room, and walked into the Master. Bed was made, room picked up, but the homeowner was just getting out of the shower! I thought the realtor was going to pass out!

That happened to me once, but from the other perspective. Our house was for sale and a realtor happened to drive by with a client, called and got the code for the key box and came on in all while I was in the shower. I heard the front door close right after I stepped out. It was more than a little unnerving and we then specified that all showings had to give at least 30 minutes notice from that point on.

Lol, I had the joy of this experience as well. The building manager was letting me look at the apartment I was considering, and when we opened the bedroom door, the tenant was asleep in the bed.

I made a joke out of it, though, asking "Oh, are you included in the rent?" That seemed to help diffuse the situation.

We went to an open house once where the entire family stayed in the house. Mom was cooking in the kitchen, kids watching tv in the living room and Grandma sitting on her bed in a bedroom. We did a very quick walk-through of that house.
