With a 9am opening no EE what time is it advisable to get there if riding hagrids first thing

You should get there probably around 8 and get through security and get in line at the ticket scanner so you are close to the front when the park opens. When are you referring to, though? That worked for us on a weekday, last week.

yes what PP said. but also reports are showing that you also may have luck if you get in line later in the day or closer to when the ride is supposed to close for the night.

also get the app and set your notifications to alert you when the ride is operating and such--if there is a delay you can get really lucky by being at the right place at the right time.
