Had Sony DSC-W100 but the kids broke it.

Now we are looking for another camera but we don't want to spend more than $200 and we still want to be able to use the same memory card memory stick pro duo. The battery would be a plus but it must have 8.1mp or better. Any ideas? TIA

Seriously though. If you want to use your Memory Sticks, then as you probably know, your only choice is another Sony. That being said, SD cards are insanely cheap (you can find 2g cards for $15 or less).

Why 8 megapixels? More megapixels is no guarantee of better image quality, and quite often means less quality.

I would love new kids but since that is not an option, II guess I will have to decide on which one to get that is less then $200, I didn't know that Sony was the only brand that I could use that memory card for. I don't know much about the mp but the DH said that is a must. I am pretty sure he doesn't know why either. Thanks for the info, I guess I'll be checking out Costco soon.
