Had Disney announce ticket price increases

Was your question " HAS Disney announced price changes"? No, they have not. Price changes have happened in Feb the last 2 years with only a few days (less than a week) notice.

Annual passes increased in October. MYW tickets are very likely to increase soon.

In the upper right corner of your first post, there is a link 'Thread Tools' with a drop down menu. Click and then click on 'Edit Title'. Make your changes.

The only mention is from undercover tourist that sells discounted tickets. Since they resell tickets they purchase in bulk at wholesale prices, I see no reason to believe that prices aren't about to go up. The choices are get them now at current prices, wait for them to suddenly cost more and hope the resellers still have some left at current price or wait and pay more. If the rumor of seasonal prices comes out, I suspect current prices will become spring season and summer and winter will be dramatically more in cost.
