Had a great stay in Glasgow!

I just wanted to say thank you to the people that posted about the Holiday Inn Express-City Center in Glasgow. We just returned from the World Irish Dance Championships and had a great stay in Glasgow! I traveled alone with my daughter and I could't be happier with the location (across the street from the Royal Concert Hall). The Holiday Inn Express-City Center was clean, safe, and attentive to our needs. I would definitely stay there again, if given the opportunity. My daughter did not want to come home!

I'm so pleased you and your daughter had a great time. Us Glasgwegians are very proud of our city and although it can have the reputiation of being a tough place to live, generally everyone is very friendly and keen to welcome and chat to anyone. It's nice to know the boards can help folk travelling in the opposite direction across the pond for a change!
