Did anyone else see this movie? Just watched it today and what a story. This is the best story of loyalty I have ever seen. I also cried my eyes out.

What did you think?

I saw this at the video store. I couldn't bring myself to rent it. From the previews I saw it looked too sad.

I saw this movie last week....and I LOVED IT!

Yes, it's a tear jerker......but fortunately it only becomes sad for the last 20 minutes or so. The majority of the movie shows the story of how the dog and man came to meet, and the relationship they shared.

Definitely a movie to watch if you love dogs, or animals in general.......keep tissues ready for last 20 minutes, but this movie is TRULY wonderful!

Thanks for mentioning it. I hadn't heard about it.

I love a good dog story, but I see there's an added bonus of Richard Gere. :lovestruc I'm there, lol.

i can't. it was hard enough getting thru the one scene in I Am Legend, and then watching Eight Below...i can't watch any more sad animal movies. i even refuse to watch Marley and Me.

I didn't even find Marley and Me sad at all :confused3 (but I know lots of others did). To me, Turner and Hooch was far sadder.

chrisnpeke, was it sad? (Without giving spoilers away.)
