HABA Items

Shoprite. We are in CVS often for prescriptions but their items are all over priced. Once in a while I might use a 40 - 50% off coupon.

Certain toiletries are bought in bulk from BJs: toothpaste, mouthwash, cotton balls, etc. Really depends on the price.

Face and hairwashing stuff comes from the manufacturer often in larger containers and lesser price than sold in retail stores or salons.

Currently, the Walgreens near me only gets money from me for meds. Too complicated figuring out their BOGO deals.

Most often at the supermarket, especially when it has digital coupons. If I need something immediately I walk to the CVS two blocks away. Yes, their paper receipts are still a mile long, but I use self checkout and skip the receipt.

DW orders from Amazon for some items like a certain face cream or cosmetics that aren’t readily available at local stores.

Usually Meijer or Walmart... sometimes Kroger if I don't want to go anywhere else during that trip. Dollar Tree seems like to be a good place to buy toothpaste too.

I buy quite a few salon-brand items from Marshall's or TJMaxx. Very often they are there because they are discontinued or the mfr has changed packaging, but occasionally the expiration dates are getting close, so you do have to check. I found a great eye cream there; a Canadian brand.

Something to be aware of when buying such products from Amazon third party sellers or eBay is that there is a lot of shoplifted stock for sale on those platforms; check the seller ratings to be sure that they are not fly-by-night types.
