I was using it on Tues and it stopped working in the middle of mopping. DH took apart and said it was leaking and couldn't be fixed....I was soooo sad! I loved that thing.
Checked to see when I bought it, and it was just over the one year warranty period...again I was sooo sad!
Today, DH called the Haan company (customer service) and talked to a very nice lady. After dh explained to her our problem, she is mailing me out a brand new one today, free of charge, even though we are past the warranty period!





We won't even have to pay for shipping. The new one won't be under warranty, but the lady said if I ever have any problem with my new one, they will fix it for me anyways, I would only need to pay for shipping.
Just thought I would share a good customer service experience, since it seems like alot of companies these days don't seem to be helpful...this company is great!
