H2O Products Discontinuing?

You're all good. We don't know why they are shutting down. I wonder if Disney ended the contract, and as they were the number one buyer (I've never seen it anywhere else), it may have just killed the business. That is just speculation, but I could totally see Disney wanting to move to a lower cost product.

My first thought this morning when I heard this news was Disney must have ended the contract, and it was all downhill from there.

I read the other thread and thought the same - I only care for the Disney scent - I blame Bob because I can but I would think that having ALL their business could keep it going - plus all the crazy people like me who buy the products
When I came back from my 3 weeks of cruising that was bookend with WDW stays I had so much H2O I almost needed another suitcase for it - I’ve had Cast Members give me all kinds of H2O products - shaving kits for men and other little special things - Disney had a huge contract with them - no small stretch to think that Disney cancelled and killed the brand - Hence why I say good old Bob he’s earning his millions
Yes I placed my order / I’m hopeful I may get one more order in ( yes I know it won’t happen)
I’m still not over Petron stopping coffee tequila now I’ve got to deal with this - it’s all too much

I guess the products that I have from our Disney Cruise will now be a collectors item.

What ?? When was the last time you cruised ??? My products barely last a month - I cruised in May and my stuff is gone !! How do you make it last so long ???

Wow that’s terrible that he’s killing the company . I really only care for the aquatics scent though . Makes me think of the Beach Club when my kids were little . The other scents are ok but the shampoo dries out my hair . I’m still said to see them go . I know people love that stuff .

People have always raved about H2O but I never found the stuff that great. I wish I had faith Disney was trading up to something better but the current management is likely moving down to something that will squeeze an extra three cents of margin out of every hotel stay.

If people are looking for a Disney scent check out Method Men Sea + Surf. It smells exactly like the Dolphin lobby.

The products truly suck - dries everything out - but the smell is so damn nostalgic. Sad for that to end. Hopefully the replacement product for Disney isn't even worse. Cheaping out wherever they can.

I agree that Disney won’t upgrade - I wonder if they will put anything in there at all ???
I stayed at the Hyatt in May - I don’t recall the Brand but the products they had were horrible in smell and in use - I was very surprised they would have such nasty cheap products - seems to be the way things are going everywhere
I just expect Disney to be better Because they USED to be - Thanks Bob
