I have been looking for the mist versions of both the H1N1 and seasonal- I am sad to say that I got busy and my usual place is out of the mist, which is what I prefer. I am a healthy adult.
I know that there is a lag time between being contagious and feeling sick with the flu. In our state we have had several healthy children end up with terrible outcomes due to H1N1 and seasonal flu.
Although I know that I would probably be okay in the end if I caught the flu (and if I do feel ill, then I stay home- but there is always that couple of days lag time....), it would really break my heart if I ever found out that I was part of the "chain" that made someone so sick and I could have prevented it.. I guess for me, I can live with the flu, but I couldn't live with that, so I get the vaccines.
