H&V or Brown Derby for Fantasmic Pkg ?

We have done H&V - paid buffet price for Fantasmic pkg
How does the pricing work for the Brown Derby since all the items each have their own price ?

What does sound nice at Brown Derby is...
But entrees cost on the average $24...
Tanglewood Farms Rotisserie Half Chicken
Roasted Veal Chop
Grilled Atlantic Salmon

H&V buffet is $22.99 and includes salads and dessert
Sirloin Steak
Chef's Catch of the Day
Vegetable Lo Mein


Is the Brown Derby a better atmosphere ?
Any pictures of the restaurant ?

If Im remembering right from a few years ago you pay the package price and could order anything (almost?) off the menu- an appetizer, entree and dessert...We are going to do it again in November. The one time we did it before was 12/02 and I think the deal is the same.
