The characters are there for both breakfast and lunch. They aren't there for dinner.
If you like the characters, it's a great time. Because it's not that popular of a restaurant, you get more time with the characters than at places like Chef Mickey's where it's a quick picture snap and they're out of there. Plus every 20 minutes or so they have a little dance party with all the characters.
My two daughters were 14 and 17 when we went last summer and they had a blast. My oldest is turning 18 this week and we'll be going back this July to see Special Agent Oso - one of her favorites!
The food is pretty average, not terrible but not fantastic.
