H&V Fantasmic breakfast?

So I just booked a Fantasmic breakfast package at Hollywood and Vine. When did I miss that they were starting this?

It makes sense, though. Now that only breakfast is Disney Junior, it leaves that as an option (Junior+F!).

Wonder if they are increasing the total number of packages available, or decreasing the package availability at the other dining options, including H&V for lunch and dinner.
