If I read it right all users get it not just new ones.

It doesn't matter when you bought it, as long as you have it registered with Cricut by October 31. Then, on Nov. 1 you can get a download of the following cartridges:

- Smiley Cards (new and exclusive to this promotion)
- Tags, Bags, Boxes and More (not available in retail)
- Christmas ...(not available in retail)
- Blackletter (not available in retail)
- Printing Press (not available in retail)
- Indie Art (not available in retail)

I already have some of those carts, but even so, it'll be great to get the ones I don't have plus that brand new one!

You can buy it from anywhere, you just have to register it with Cricut.com by 10/31. The download will be available on 11/1.

As for the best price. I don't know. Michaels has it on sale this week for $149, but I think that price is only good through today. I don't think it's in tomorrow's ad.

Check Cricutmachine.com too. I think they have a deal with extra carts too so you could double dip if I understand it correctly.

I only have Tags and Bags so far so I am very excited for the 1st!

I am so excited about this! I've had my gypsy since it first came out, so this is wonderful that previous owners can get the uploads. I have been wanting Tags, Bags, and Boxes for a while now.

funny you should say that, but I had a call from my cc co yesterday to say my card had been used in SPAIN (I'm from UK) yet I have only used that card at cricutmachine and 3 other scrapbook sites in the US (ordering lots of scrapbook goodies for delivery to my hotel). I don't think I will be using them again and will suggest my cc co start their investigation there.

After hearing about the credit card problems with cricutmachine.com, I've only used Papal when ordering from them. There have been no problems the couple of times I've done it that way.

I ordered from cricutmachine for the first time recently and had no problem. They had great service. Had my cart within days.
I've had my gypsy since its launch on HSN and really haven't used it for much ... am interested in seeing the new cart tho.

I know I've left this a bit late (I've been dithering whether or not to buy one) but if I chose FedEx Ground from Creative Xpress, would I get it in time to register before 31st Oct? I will be taking my notebook on vacation with me so could register it as soon as I receive it.
