Gym Locker room ?

If you go to the gym. Do you change -I mean get naked. In front of everyone?
I go to the Y and I try not to. I am so self conscious -but I feel guilty about hogging a bathroom stall to change in. The shower stalls are too wet.
What do you usually do?

What I do: Rinse off after swimming, wear towel to locker, change fast. I also hand the clothes up as I remove them, so the the things I have to put on first are grabbed easily when I get back.

Changing was hard for me at first, but it gets easier the more you do it. And people are really good about not staring.

I wear what im goona wear there, even in the winter, Im not a public shower kind of guy ( although I should be )

I may have to just get used to it.
I spin- you are supposed to not wear underwear underneath the bike shorts. That is the way they are designed. I am not sure if the majority of the gym patrons know that and I am worried I will look like some perv who likes to go "commando"

I have found that most people in the locker room are more focused on getting dressed then on what people are wearing.
